Ms. Bufford

My name is Sara Bufford and I will be teaching 6th Grade German DLI Culture and History and 8th Grade German DLI Literature at ICSAtlanta this school year. I was born and raised in Austria, but have lived in the US since 2011. My background is in Early Childhood Education, teaching Pre-K and Preschool. I am very passionate about making teaching fun and engaging, and I hope I can motivate my middle school students to reach their full potential.

In my free time, you will find me on the soccer fields cheering on my son Benjamin or watching my daughter Livia practice her gymnastic moves. My husband Deantoni and I love watching movies or trying new foods. We also have a 145 lbs. Rottweiler named Diesel who keeps us busy. 

I am looking forward to getting to know all students and teaching about German culture, history, and literature.
